I have always been a big fan of noodles. Rice noodles, pasta (particularly linguine or Fettuccine), ramen or MAMA noodles as they call the Thai version of ramen (instant noodles).
Unfortunately, it is on the list of unfavorable carbs for the zone/Paleo diet I have adopted. And after a month or so I wasn’t even interested.
But I still hold the noo-noo’s in high regard. So I wanted to pay tribute to these long, limp glutinous (sometimes? always?) strips that can taste so fantastic in a variety of dishes.
Let us have a moment of silence in appreciation of the Great Noodle.
